Dry shoots on phalaenopsis Orchid?

I have had my orchid for 1.5 years and during this time span it has bloomed twice beautifully. The plant looks as though it is in pretty good health; the leaves are entirely green, the main stem is deep green and numerous pale/grey/ green roots have sprung up. The only issue I have are the 3 dry shoots which come off the actual stem. What do I do? Is my orchid dying?
